| About Us Please ensure that you read and understand the following Terms & Conditions. All prices are stated in GBP English Pounds Sterling. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Maestro (Switch) and Electron. Returns: Eternal Spirits Corsets (ES Classic, Leather collection, Collection, Lingerie,) All of our corsets are made to order please ensure you use our size chart guidelines when selecting your size and be sure of your measurements before ordering. Please call us if you aren't sure how to measure yourself or would like advice on which size to choose. We have a no return policy unless the garment is faulty. This said, all garments are checked rigorously before dispatch. Knickers can not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty so please be sure to order the correct size before purchasing. Returns: Vollers (Vollers Collection) Because all of our corsets are made to order. we hold a strict no returns policy. However if your goods do not reach you in perfect condition please contact us on the following number. Please ensure that you order the correct waist size (see Sizing below)all measurements are in inches, If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your goods in any way, please contact us using the details below. The corset should be tried on over a t-shirt or vest upon initial receipt and follow the corset care instructions when trying on your corset. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for values up to £28 and by the appropriate Special Delivery Service for higher values. UK law applies Change of Orders On change of orders, this will carry no surcharge provided the original order has not been started. However if the order has been started we may charge a 20% surcharge. Orders placed for our made to measure service are subject to a 25% surcharge on the corset price. Any Eternal Spirits corset ordered from our size chart is subject also to a 25% surcharge if ordered in the wrong size and you wish to exchange for another size so please be careful when ordering the size of your corset. If an order is placed then cancelled within 7 days provided the goods haven't been sent out or the order started your change of order will carry no surcharge. Cancelling an Order for Eternal Spirits Corsets (ES Classic, Leather collection, Collection, Lingerie,) If an order is placed then cancelled within 7 days provided the goods haven't been sent out or the order started we will give a full refund back to you. If the order is cancelled after 7 days we will refund back the amount paid by you. If the corset needs to be returned or exchanged due to damage this must be done within 7 days of receipt of the item otherwise we cannot receive it back and offer you an exchange or refund. We will not refund, exchange or offer a refund to any corset that has been worn longer than what one would spend trying the corset on to check it is ok. PLEASE ENSURE WHEN TRYING ON YOUR CORSET THAT YOU WEAR A T-SHIRT OR VEST UNDERNEATH TO PREVENT ANY MARKING OF THE FABRIC, IF IT SHOULD NEED TO BE RETURNED. We will ensure that all goods are sent out in perfect condition. However, should they not reach you in perfect condition, or in the eventuality they be faulty we will offer an exchange of goods or a refund. Refunds may be given at our discretion less any processing or postage charges incurred by us. The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the corset is faulty then we will happily refund your postage costs. THIS IS ON THE CONDITION YOU HAVE FIRST CONTACTED US AND MADE US AWARE OF THE RETURN AND COST OF RETURN. No refund will be made on cancellation of order or returned goods. All corsets will require dry cleaning. Never use water as this will result in the steel bones rusting. With leather corsets, always have specialist leather dry cleaning and occasionally treat with leather conditioner to keep the leather supple. Then wipe with a damp cloth. Your corset will not need cleaning often. If you let the corset air away from direct sunlight this should be enough for the most part. When trying on your new corset for the first time please wear a vest underneath to prevent marking the fabric. YOU SHOULD NOT TRY TO LACE THE CORSET CLOSED, OR TIGHTLY ON THE FIRST FEW OCCASIONS. YOUR CORSET WILL NEED TIME TO "BREAK IN" TO MOLD TO YOUR BODY SHAPE. TIGHTENING THE CORSET TOO TIGHT MAY DAMAGE THE FABRIC AND STITCHING AND WILL MAKE THE GARMENT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. Sizing: (to go with size chart). Our corsets are sized using waist measurements in inches, to measure your size you should measure the smallest part of your waist without any restrictions and depending upon the shape you require take off 2 - 4 inches from this measurement. Our size chart gives our standard corset sizing in UK, US, European and Japanese Sizing. We do offer a bespoke made to measure service so if you fall out of this chart or prefer a corset tailor made to your own measurements please contact us directly. A made to measure corset will be subject to a 25% surcharge of the original corset price, we have a no return policy with made to order corsets. Our corsets take 2 - 4 inches off your natural waist measurement for a corseted waist, if you wish to take off more please state this when placing your order. When ordering your corset please also note that if you lose or gain up to ten pounds in weight our corsets will still give you a desired fit. A corset laced up with a slight gap down the back looks very sexy, however we recommend that the corset isn't laced with a wider gap than 4" Postage and delivery: Parcels will be sent out by parcel Force, DHL, or Royal mail depending on the weight of the order. All goods are made to order. Delivery will be 2-6 weeks after placement of order, however, we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
